Evening shuttle back from venue
- Evening tram shuttle at 17:00 from Yppengasse → Wien Mitte (~17:40 arrival)
- Final point: Landstrasse, Wien Mitte
- Travel time: ~40 minutes
Translation app
We are pleased to offer a live AI-powered translation tool during The Art of eCommerce (Packaging). The official on-stage language is English. Sessions will be translated live in the desired languages listed below via the Interprefy App. Please read the instructions carefully in advance to ensure the best experience.
Available languages: Czech, French, German, Italian, Polish, Turkish
App Installation – Required upon Arrival
To access live translation, attendees are invited to install the translation app on their smartphone in advance.
Step-by-step instructions:
- Download and install the Interprefy App. from App Store / Google Play
- Plug in your earphones or headset, click OK
- Enter the event token (Mondi2026), click connect
- If two-factor authentication is active:
- Enter your registered email address or mobile phone number (format: +41 79 1234567) to receive a verification code.
- Enter the verification code that you have received either via email or text message (SMS) and click "submit".
- Select your preferred audio language
- After your session is finished, click "disconnect" to leave the session

What You Need On-Site
To follow the translated sessions smoothly, please bring:
- • Smartphone (iOS or Android)
- • Earphones or headphones
- • Access to a stable Wi-Fi connection (provided on site)
The translation will be adapted after a few seconds of continuous speech. No manual action is required from the listener.
